Feasibility Study II The wine cellar is located on a sloped plot surrounded by trees and the characteristic Provençal landscape, with a breathtaking sea view. A simple platform paved with local natural stones forms the basis of the building – like a beautiful table. On top stands a rectangular glass house, covered by an oversized massive rammed concrete roof that shades the glass facades – simple, reduced, perfect in proportions. A wooden portal leads into the house, where the wine matures in barrels to reach its best.
